The availability of the Holy Spirit in these last days is part of God's plan to reach the whole world, and is not something to be confined to the four walls of a church building, nor kept hidden in the secret lives of select believers. "And it will come to pass in the last days, says God, that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh…" (Acts 2:17a)
